Hello! Thanks for joining us on the Create with Connie & Mary Saturday Blog Hop! We are excited to bring you our last projects of 2023, so our theme is Bringing in the New Year. I wanted to create something sparkly for this New Year's themed card, so I knew that I had to use the More Dazzle paper. To make it stand out, I decided to pair it with only one colour, Berry Burst.
The More Dazzle paper was cut to 3 3/4" x 5". The Basic White was cut to 3 1/2" x 5" and then I used the Labels Aglow Dies to let that sparkly paper shine through. I added it on top of the More Dazzle using Foam Adhesive Strips. I punched the More Dazzle paper using the Modern Oval Punch to create a little backdrop for the sentiment. I wanted to use the 'Best Ever' sentiment from the Simply Sparkling Stamp Set and heat embossed it in white on Berry Burst cardstock. The 'You're The' words come from the Heartfelt Hellos Stamp Set.
