This week marked the first day of summer and I thought that it would be perfect to focus on the Sweet Citrus Stamp Set and its coordinating Hybrid Dies & Embossing Folder. These are my first cards with this set and I gotta say, I'm in love! It is such a fun set to create with and I love how you can just change up the colours to get a different citrus fruit.
For the first card, I wanted to just focus on the Sweet Citrus Dies. These are a hybrid, meaning you can emboss and cut out at the same time! Amazing. I love this summer colour combo of Tahitian Tide, Lemon Lolly and Granny Apple Green. If you would like to know exactly how this card was made, the full video can be found below.
I then wanted to create a set of cards showing off different colours to create different fruits. Using Lemon Lolly you'll get the most perfect lemons. Parakeet Party is the right vibrancy for limes. The surprising favourite is actually the grapefruit! Crushed Curry and Flirty Flamingo are just right. Which one is your favourite?
