Today I am kicking off a little 12 Days of Christmas with Stampin' Up! I am so excited to bring you 12 days of fabulous Christmas projects that will hopefully inspire you to get creative!
It is a chilly day here in Calgary today and it snowed a little last night and this weather is definitely getting me in the Christmas spirit! I might even put up my Christmas tree tonight which would be the earliest I have ever put it up! It's just that kind of year I think.
Day 1 of the 12 Days of Christmas, is a cute little gift card holder. I will be showing how to make it on my Facebook Live today, (be sure to follow me on Facebook!) and will also post the video here afterwards.
It is a simple little design which allows you to show off your favourite Designer Series Paper. I wanted to create a project that did not use too many extra tools. All you need is your Paper Trimmer and a 2" Circle Punch to get you going!
The first gift card envelope that I made was the the Poinsettia Place DSP and the Gold Foil as an accent.
I wanted to make the envelope big enough for a gift card and also easily fit a little note that you might want to put inside as well.
The second one that I made shows off the beautiful Brightly Gleaming Specialty Designer Series Paper, which has the Copper Foil details in it.
I hope you enjoyed the first project, be sure to catch me live or watch the video to see how easy it is to make your own!
Stay tuned for another Christmas project tomorrow!
Here's the video friends!
