12 Days of Christmas! Day 8: Quick & Easy Gift Box

For Day 8 of my 12 Days of Christmas, I have a cute little gift box that I learned how to make from another Stampin' Up! demonstrator last year. I just loved how easy it was to make that I wanted to share it again with you this year.

These will look amazing no matter what Designer Series Paper you use, there are so many options! For my first box, I went with Real Red cardstock and the Poinsettia Place DSP for a more traditional Christmas look. Then I wanted to make another one! For this one I used Shaded Spruce and the 'Tis the Season DSP.

The dimensions are quite simple and you can get 2 boxes out of one piece of cardstock!

Take an 8" x 5 1/2" piece of cardstock. Score it on the long side at 1", 3 1/2", 4 1/2" and 7". Then, on the short side score down at 1" from each side. I will be making this cute box on my Facebook Live today, so you can see how it will be put together. I'll also post the video here afterwards.

Cut 3 pieces of DSP at 3 1/4" x 2 1/4" and put one on top, one on the bottom and one on the inside. All you need to do to finish the box is wrap it in ribbon and make a cute tag. Last year I made these as the table favours at my Christmas table. I put a couple yummy Lindt chocolates inside and a Christmas joke!

Here is the video from my Facebook Live today. Join me every Thursday at 12pm MST!

If you would like any of these products to make your own projects, I have a list of everything I used below. You can just click an image and it will take you right to my shopping page. When you shop with me, the next month I will send you a special thank you in the mail!

Thanks for hanging out with me today, I'll be back tomorrow with another fun Christmas project for you!
