3 Easy Handmade Mother’s Day Gift Ideas | Gift Box, Card & Gift Card Holder: Weekly Class To Go

This week I’m creating a set of giftable projects using two different Designer Series Papers from Stampin’ Up!, and I love how each one gives a completely different feel — one soft and pretty, and one cute and playful.

For these projects, I wanted to keep things simple while still creating something that feels really special. There is a gift box, an envelope / gift card holder, and a fun fold card — all perfect for Mother’s Day or any occasion where you want to give something handmade.

Each version uses the same project ideas & dimensions, but by switching up the papers and colours, you get two totally different looks! One set features the 'Lovely & Beautiful' Specialty DSP and the 'Forever Florals' Bundle. The second one is al about the 'Homemade Sweetness' DSP & the matching 'Filled with Sweetness' Bundle.

Gift Box:

I had recently made this box as a favour for one of my classes and I wanted to recreate it for you!

The first one is soft & pretty using Petal Pink & Calypso Coral.
Tip: Use your DSP to cut out floral dies for easy colour & interest!
The second set is with the cute fruit themed paper - perfect for a sweet treat!

Gift Card Holder / Envelope:

If you need to put a special gift in the mail, this is nice and flat and ready to go!

To turn this into a gift card holder, simply add a pocket with some paper on the inside card. Or even just stick it to the inside piece with a couple Glue Dots! Easy!

Fun Fold Card:

This is a fantastic fun fold card that is really simple to make!

Choose 3 coordinating patterns of DSP to make this card come to life.
