3 Elegant Christmas Card Ideas with Stampin' Up!'s Pretty Poinsettia Bundle: Weekly Class To Go
I really wanted to go with a classic Christmas look for this week’s cards, with beautiful poinsettias, rich colours and just the right amount of gold!
I created 3 elegant Christmas cards featuring Stampin’ Up!’s Pretty Poinsettia Bundle and the Texture & Tone Mix-In Designer Series Paper. I love the colour combo of Mossy Meadow and Real Red to set the traditional colour palette, and then little bits of gold add extra detail and shine. I also shared some tips & ideas on the Pretty Poinsettia Bundle and how to use the Impression Plate.

Card 1
Have you noticed the 'Texure & Tone' Mix-In DSP in your catalogue? It's one of the paper packs that is meant to be a great addition to other suites & products. It ended up being the perfect backgrounds for my cards this week.
The Very Vanilla, Mossy Meadow & Crumb Cake are lovely soft neutrals that I think really make the red of the poinsettias pop.
Did you know that the Pretty Poinsettia Bundle includes impressions dies? This means that you get extra depth and texture to the die cut pieces. It looks so good!
Card 2
For this card, I really wanted the poinsettia to be the star, so I kept everything else really subtle.
I've cut out the leaves in Vellum this time, which gives a softer look.
Did you notice that each of these cards uses a different ribbon? Stampin' Up! has lots of amazing ribbon right now that will coordinate really well with your Christmas projects
Card 3
This card shows how if you have a larger sentiment, you can pair it with the stamped image of the poinsettia.
The gold embossing was hard for me to get a great picture of, but it looks so lovely in person! You can always stamp in Mossy Meadow on Very Vanilla if you don't want to heat emboss.
I've also been talking about the Gold Adhesive-Backed Dots a lot, and again they look so good with these projects! They really do go with everything!
