Over the next little bit, I'm going to be sharing some more fun Christmas paper crafting projects. I was hoping to do a 12 Days of Christmas, but sometimes life can mess up your plans a little bit! So, I thought I would take the pressure off of doing a post every day for 12 days and just share what I have, when I have it! My goal is for you to have some fun ideas to use for your own Christmas projects. So here we go!
For today's card, I thought I would start with a traditional Christmas card (well traditional to me anyway!). This pattern from the Tidings of Christmas DSP is one of my favourites and is so elegant with the colour Evening Evergreen.
It's a nice simple design.
Sahara Sand Card Base: 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored in half at 4 1/4"
Real Red: 3 3/4" x 5"
DSP: 3 5/8" x 4 7/8"
Evening Evergreen DSP: 3 1/4" x 2"
The sentiment comes from the Merriest Moments Stamp Set and was stamped in Evening Evergreen. The embellishments can be as many or as little as you like! I added a little ribbon behind the sentiment, a stamped poinsettia and a few of the Wonderful Gems.
