This has been an idea in my mind for many months and here we are! I officially have a blog! I'm so excited to have a place where I can share inspirations, tips and techniques to help you on your crafting journey! I hope this will become a place that you can come to often and enjoy taking a look at my projects and then go on to be creative in your own way.
For the rest of this month, I will be focusing on the Designer Series Paper Sale that Stampin' Up! is having, because seriously, this is a big deal! Until the end of October you can get 15% off some of your favourite DSP designs from the Annual Catalogue and from the August - December Mini Catalogue. Click the link to see a PDF of all the awesome paper that is included in the sale.
I decided to start with the Poinsettia Place DSP to help you get inspired for your Christmas crafting. I'm trying to think a bit ahead this year as I know mail delivery times might be an issue this year and I want to make sure my cards arrive at their destination before Christmas!
Sometimes the stamped image is the star of the show and sometimes, it's the paper! I just love the berries on this, matting it on top of some Real Red cardstock really brings it to life! Then I pulled out my trusty Triple Banner Punch and using the widest setting at 2", chose a coordinating piece of DSP to create a banner look. I just love all the sentiments from the Wrapped in Christmas Stamp Set, but I think this one might be my favourite. I've already used it many times! And simply adding the fun Real Red Braided Trim and the must have Red Rhinestones completes the card.
I have a couple more samples here to show you featuring this beautiful Designer Series Paper. Be sure to take advantage of the sale this month!
Thank you so much for joining me on my blogging adventure! Let's have some crafting fun together!
