Well, I have created shockingly few projects with my Penguin Place Bundle and knew that it was time to get to it! The little penguins are just the cutest and I love that you can mix and match a few accessories with them as well. Here I have created a set of 4 notecards, all matching, but each having their own little penguin.
When creating multiple cards, it's good to pick a nice simple layout that is easy to replicate. For each card, I chose a pattern of DSP from the Gingerbread & Peppermint DSP, cut at 5" x 2 1/2". Then added a strip of coordinating cardstock, cut at 5" x 1/2". I chose these super cute sentiments from the Holly Jolly Wishes Stamp Set, heat embossed them each in white and cut them out with the Stitched So Sweetly Dies.
Now for the penguins! This is a builder stamp set, so each penguin is up to your own creativity! I stamped and punched out the body and feet. The accessories were stamped in coordinating colours and fussy cut out. Then it's a bit like paper dolls, you just mix and match! I think my favourite is the little guy with the Rudolph nose, how about you? Be sure to scroll through all the pictures to see all four.
I can't wait to use these cards, they just make me happy! I'm sure they will put a smile on the face of whomever receives them as well. Check out the end of this post for a list of all the products I used and you can add them to your shopping list straight from there!
