Easy Mini Album Idea with Stampin' Up!'s Weekend Adventures DSP

My YouTube project for you this week is an easy and fun Mini Album idea! During this past week my kids have been at summer camp and it felt like the perfect time to make a fun outdoorsy themed Mini Album featuring the 'Weekend Adventures' Stamp Set, Designer Series Paper and matching Sticker Sheet. It's just perfect for any summer adventure or camping trip. 🏕️

Mini Album

• The size of this album is 6" x 4". It has a front and back cover. Then inside are 6 pages. I've alternated between Early Espresso and Thick Basic White.

• Once I had all the main pages created, it was time to add the 'Weekend Adventures' DSP. I cut mine all the same to 5 7/8" x 3 7/8".

• Then I created a set of photo mats in these coordinating colours: Early Espresso, Old Olive, Misty Moonlight & Cajun Craze. The photo mats were either 3 1/4" x 4 1/4" or 3 1/4" x 2 1/4".

• Once you have all the basics, you can add in some fun embellishments!

  • The perfect addition is of course the coordinating 'Weekend Adventures' Sticker Sheet.

  • I also cut out a set of label shapes from the 'More Messages' Dies and used them for sentiments throughout the album.

  • Linen Thread and the Adhesive-Backed Textured Dots were also just right for this project.
