Sometimes you just need to make a card because it makes you feel happy. This is how this card came to be! I was wanting to make a card that had a fun summery feel and I just love the lemons from the Tea Boutique Designer Series Paper and Cup of Tea Bundle. Yellow also happens to be my favourite colour. If you're ever feeling in a creative rut, maybe you just need to grab a few of your favourite things and see what happens!

The basic dimensions for the card are:
Thick Basic White Card Base: 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored in half at 4 1/4"
Crumb Cake Cardstock: 4" x 5"
3 Strips of DSP: 1 1/4" x 4 7/8" each
Vellum: 3" x 4"
The sentiment comes from one of my most favourite stamp sets, Good Feelings. I heat embossed it in white on Crumb Cake cardstock and then cut it out into the 3 strips. The cute lemons were stamped in Crushed Curry and heat embossed in clear to make them a little shiny. I added the little leaves (stamped in Garden Green) and a bit of linen thread to complete the card.
