I had a great time getting creative with a couple new products this week, the Layering Leaves Stamp Set and the Glorious Gingham Designer Series Paper. I love the gingham look on paper and it is so fun in these bright and bold new colours: Blueberry Bushel, Berry Burst, Pretty Peacock, Lemon Lime Twist and Pecan Pie.
The first 2 cards are the same layout so that you could see how it would work no matter which colours you wanted to create with. The Layering Leaves Stamp Set is a great versatile set with just the right sentiment for any occasion. I love how it also coordinates with the Bough Punch to allow you to create simple details to add to your card.
For my third card, it was fun to show how all 5 colours in the DSP actually look really great used together. Strips in each colour create the background for the card and then I punched out some boughs in all 5 colours as well. If you grab the Tinsel Gems Four-Pack, you'll also have the perfect embellishment to go with this paper, it's all the same colours!
