Hello! Thanks for joining us on our Create with Stamping Friends Saturday Blog Hop! This week’s theme is Black & Gold Christmas, and I knew right away I had to pull out the gorgeous Modern Christmas DSP. The patterns and gold accents are just too good! I’m excited to show you what I created with it—let’s jump in!

Products Used

Colour Combo: Black, white & gold. I kept the feeling of the card a bit brighter, by choosing a pattern that had mostly white in the background.
DSP: 'Modern Christmas'. I love these little ornaments! So easy to add details to your card - no ink required!

Step-by-Step Instructions

Card Base:
1. Cut Thick Basic White Cardstock to 8 1/2" x 5 1/2".
  1. Score in half at 4 1/4".
Card Front:
1. Cut Gold Foil to 5 1/4" x 4". Add to card.
2. Cut DSP to 5 1/8" x 3 7/8". Add to card.
Decorative Elements:
1. Cut out your ornaments right from the DSP. I cut out 7 and layered them across the front of the card.
2. I stamped this fun sentiment from the 'Keeping Traditions' Stamp Set in versamark and heat embossed it with white powder on black cardstock.
  1. Then fussy cut it out and add to card with Mini Dimensionals.
3. Finish off with the Iridescent Foil Gems. (a fav!)
