Hello! Thanks for joining us on the Create with Connie & Mary Saturday Blog Hop! Our theme for this week is 'For the Ladies'. I went with the Hello, Irresistible Designer Series Paper as my inspiration for this card. I love this kind of paper where you can create backgrounds and cut out the details to create the whole card.
The main card base is white and I chose a Soft Sea Foam patterned paper from the DSP to use as the background for the card, cut at 5 3/8" x 4 1/8". Then, I didn't even do any stamping for the flowers and leaves, they are all simply cut straight from the paper. You can use the matching dies or you could just fussy cut them out if you don't have the dies.
The sentiment comes from the Pansy Patch Stamp Set and is heat embossed in white on Pretty Peacock cardstock and then cut out. I laid it on top of this gorgeous Lost Lagoon Bordered Ribbon. Add in a couple butterflies and you have the perfect card for a special woman in your life!
