Hello! Thanks for joining us on our Create with Stamping Friends Saturday Blog Hop! We love creating for you to give you some inspiration in your own crafting.
Did you know that we're on Instagram? You can follow us here @createwithstampingfriends.
This week's theme was to 'Use our Stash'. It seems like there are always a few items on our craft desk that we keep ignoring or are not too sure how to use. So, I combined a few of those things on my card today. The first is the 'Forever Floral' Bundle. It's really lovely, but a little out of my usual style. This is the same for the 'Valley in Bloom' DSP, so it was fun to cut into it and use a bit of it!

Products Used
Paper: 'Valley in Bloom'. This paper is actually so pretty, just a different style than I usually create with. It has a really pretty mix or greens though with a pop of yellow with Darling Duckling.
Bundle:Â 'Forever Floral'. I'm not attending a lot of weddings at this point in my life, so I think that's why I've shied away from this set, but I just love the font in it! It looks so great heat embossed too!
Step-by-Step Instructions
Card Base:
Cut Thick Basic White to 8 1/2" x 5 1/2".
Score in half at 4 1/4".
Card Front:
Cut DSP to 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" and use it as the full background of the card.
Using the solid green patterned paper, cut out the floral frame die. You can cut your paper to 4" x 5 1/4" to start and then centre the die on it to cut it out. Adhere to card with multipurpose glue.
With the piece of DSP left over from the centre, cut out the smaller of the 2 label piece that look the same. Then cut it in half and save it.
Using the larger die, cut out another piece in the green DSP. Heat emboss the sentiment on it in white.
Add the 2 cut pieces of the label behind the sentiment with the back side of the pattern showing. Then add this whole piece to the card with dimensionals. If you like, you can tuck a little bit of linen thread behind the sentiment too.
Stamp 3 flowers in Darling Duckling, cut out and add to card. Then add a matching In Color Pearl on each flower.
