Saturday Blog Hop: All About Love

Hello! Thanks for joining us on our Create with Stamping Friends Saturday Blog Hop! I'm excited to start a little series on Valentine's Day cards and this week is 'All About Love'.💕

To be honest I don't always get Valentine's Day specific products, but this year I was really excited about the 'Endless Love' Dies. They are so timeless and classic, I know that I'll use them for many years to come! Once you have your hearts cut out, the rest of the card comes together easy!

Products Used

• Dies: Like I mentioned above - 'Endless Love'. I love the variety of heart shapes included!

• Colour Combo: Strawberry Slush, Cloud Cover & Secret Sea. (A fun combination of In Colors!)

• DSP: I just love the 'Mixed Up Patterns' DSP. It just goes with everything!

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Card Base:

   1. Cut Cloud Cover Cardstock to 8 1/2" x 5 1/2".

      1. Score in half at 4 1/4".

   2. Cut Strawberry Slush Two-Tone Cardstock to 4 1/8" x 5 3/8"". Add to card with the light side up.

   3. Cut DSP to 4" x 5 1/4". Add to card.

2. Card Details:

   1. Cut out 3 hearts. The 2 small ones are out of Strawberry Slush Cardstock. The large one is out of DSP.

      1. Add the solid heart to card with SEAL. Add the large one with Dimensionals. Add the 3rd once you have the sentiment on the card.

   2. Cut a 4 1/8" x 1 1/2" piece of Secret Sea Cardstock.

      1. Heat emboss sentiment in the centre with White embossing powder.

      2. Add to card with SEAL and Dimensionals.

      3. Stamp the 'happy' in Secret Sea ink on Basic White, cut to size and add to card.

   3. Finish off the the Strawberry Slush & Pretty in Pink Gems.
