Hello! Thanks for joining us on the Create with Connie & Mary Saturday Blog Hop! I want to wish you all a very Happy New Year and all the best in 2023! Our theme to end off this year was of course, Bringing in the New Year. I wanted to create a celebratory feel on this card and use some of my favourite products. Isn't this owl just the cutest?! He is a sneak peek from Sale-a-bration, which begins on January 5th.
Along with the Adorable Owls (Item #160269), I also used a stamp set from the upcoming Mini Catalogue called Best Day (Item #160798). Here are the basic dimensions for this card:
Crushed Curry Card Base: 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored in half at 4 1/4".
Crushed Curry: 5 3/8" x 4 1/8".
Celebrate Everything DSP: 2 @ (1" x 4") and 2 @ (1 1/2" x 4")
Celebrate Everything DSP: 3 3/4" x 1 1/4"
The sentiment and the little fireworks were from the Best Day Stamp Set, heat embossed in black on Poppy Parade Cardstock. The adorable owl was coloured in with Stampin' Blends and Watercolour Pencils and placed on the black circle, punched with the Decorative Circle Punch.
