Hello! Thanks for joining us on our Create with Stamping Friends Saturday Blog Hop! We love creating for you to give you some inspiration in your own crafting.
Did you know that we're on Instagram? You can follow us here @createwithstampingfriends.
Do you have a favourite new In Color yet? Our theme this week was to pick one of our favourite new colours and get crafting! I really love all 5 colours, but I was instantly drawn to Peaceful Pine. It is just the prettiest shade of green and I can't wait to use it more!

Products Used
Colour Combo: Peaceful Pine & Flirty Flamingo.
Bundle: 'Balloon Festoon'. Isn't that a great name?! I was so excited to see a true birthday bundle and I know this one is going to be so fun to create with.
Product of the Month: Can you spot 2? The 'Eyelet Blooms' Die is this month's and it's incredible! Such fun detail! I've also snuck in a little of the 'Painted Illusions' DSP, which is still available.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Card Base:
Cut Peaceful Pine Cardstock to 8 1/2" x 5 1/2".
Score in half at 4 1/4".
Cut Peaceful Pine Two-Tone Cardstock to 4" x 5 1/4" and add to card base with the light side up.
Card Front:
Choose one of the black & white patterns from the 'Beautiful Ordinary Life' DSP, cut to 3 1/4" x 5".
Cut a coordinating piece of DSP to 1" x 4" and add to the back of it.
Attach a piece of Peaceful Pine Ribbon around the paper. Then cut another length and use it to tie a bow onto the other ribbon.
Add this whole piece to the card front.
Details:
Cut out 2 balloons in Peaceful Pine Two-Tone Cardstock, one on the light side and one on the dark side.
Take the light one and use it with the 'Eyelet Bloom' Dies. Glue this piece to the darker balloon. Add it to the card with dimensionals.
Cut out another smaller balloon in the coordinating DSP. Add to card.
Cut out the balloon ribbons in Black cardstock and add to both balloons.
Choose a sentiment. Heat emboss in white on Peaceful Pine Cardstock and add to card with dimensionals.
Finish off with some Peaceful Pine Dots!
