Saturday Blog Hop: Flowers for Fall

This week's theme, Flowers for Fall, was the perfect excuse to finally use this lovely DSP called Autumn Opulence. It is a part of the September Online Exclusives and I feel like it might be one of those items that gets a bit lost as it doesn't have a suite to go with it. I love the colour combination though in the paper and the fact that it comes with die cut sheets that make creating so easy!

• Paper: Autumn Opulence Specialty DSP

• Colour Combo: Blackberry Bliss, Pecan Pie & Cajun Craze. (And much more in the DSP)

• Stamp Set: Soiree Salutations. This stamp is a hidden gem! So perfect to add in a little sentiment for all the fall & winter occasions.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Card Base:

   1. Cut Thick Basic White Cardstock to 4 1/4" x 5 1/2".

   2. Cut Pecan Pie Two-Tone Cardstock to 4" x 5". Add to card front.

   3. Cut 3 strips of DSP to 1 1/4" x 4 3/4". Add onto Pecan Pie.

2. Details:

   1. Choose one or more of the die cut pieces from the DSP and add to card with dimensionals.

   2. Cut 15" of Linen Thread, loop it back and forth twice and add to card.

   3. Stamp sentiment in Blackberry Bliss on one of the label die cuts, add to card with dimensionals.

   4. Finish off with some Gold Dots.✨
