Hello! Thanks for joining us on our Create with Stamping Friends Saturday Blog Hop! We love creating for you to give you some inspiration in your own crafting.

Did you know that we're on Instagram? You can follow us here @createwithstampingfriends.

Our theme for this week is 'Spotlight on Metallics'. There are so many great products right now and so many choices if adding a bit of shine to your cards is something that you love to do. This weekend is Thanksgiving in Canada, so I also wanted to take this opportunity to wish you a Happy Thanksgiving with my card😊.

Stampin' Up 2026. Card Ideas. Thanks & Giving Stamp Set. Thanksgiving card.

Products Used

  • Paper: Autumn Opulence Specialty DSP. This is my favourite pattern in the pack, I just love the Blackberry Bliss in Fall colour combos.

  • Stamp Set: Thanks & Giving

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Card Base:

    1. Cut Cardstock to 8 1/2" x 5 1/2". Score in half at 4 1/4". ( The card base is covered by the DSP, so I just used Basic White, but you could use any colour in the card).

    2. Cut DSP to 4 1/4" x 5 1/2". Add to card front.

    3. Cut striped pattern from the 'Radiant Foils' Specialty Paper to 4 1/4" x 2 1/2". Add to card front.

  2. Details:

    1. Cut Basic Beige to 3" x 3". Heat emboss the wreath in the centre using Copper embossing powder. Add to a 3 1/4" x 3 1/4" piece of Cajun Craze and add to card with dimensionals.

    2. Stamp sentiment on the light side of Cajun Craze Two-Tone Cardstock. Heat emboss in Copper & fussy cut out. Add to wreath with dimensionals.

    3. If desired, add a bit of Linen Thread behind the sentiment.

    4. Finish off with the Gold Adhesive-Backed Dots. These have been a favourite at all of my classes this Fall. The matte finish on them makes them perfect for your projects.
