Hello! Thanks for joining us on the Create with Connie & Mary Saturday Blog Hop! I hope that you've had fun diving into the brand new Annual Catalogue from Stampin' Up!. This week our theme was to choose our favourite stamp set (so far!). I had been hoping for a fun birthday stamp set in this catalogue, so I was so excited when I first saw the Bright & Beautiful Suite Collection.
For this card, I have featured the Beautiful Balloons Bundle pairing it with products that are not in the Suite, just to show a different look. The main card and background is Pool Party cardstock. I stamped the fun little confetti stamp in the same colour for a nice and simple background for my card.
I wanted the balloon to be the star of the show, so I just decided to go with one fun balloon and set it off on black & white patterned paper. I love the way this big balloon stamps with the little star detail built right into the design. I stamped this one in Flirty Flamingo. The 'happy birthday' sentiment fits right onto the balloon and you've got a great birthday card!
