Hello and welcome to the Create with Connie & Mary Saturday Blog Hop! This week's theme was 'Winter Birthday' and I immediately thought of having a cozy cup of coffee with a friend on their birthday. I just love the little coffee cup image from the Brew Some Fun Stamp Set, it's so cute!
I coloured the sleeve of the coffee cup in Crumb Cake Stampin' Blends and then used my Garden Green Stampin' Write Marker to give you a hint of what my favourite coffee shop is:)
The card base is Pool Party, the Melon Mambo is cut at 3 7/8" x 5 1/8" and the Basic White at 3 3/4" x 5". The sentiment is heat embossed in white on Garden Green and cut out with the Stitched So Sweetly Dies. I added some black and white twine and coloured an extra coffee cup to add with some dimension. I wanted to add a bit more pink, so I added the cute little hearts that you can find in the Rainbow of Happiness Stamp Set
