Well, we are having a summer like we have never had before in Western Canada! It is so hot and is definitely feeling tropical, so what better way to bring in summer than bring out my favourite Timeless Tropical Stamp Set and In the Tropics Dies.
I love the feel of this card and I'm kind of obsessed with this colour combo! Soft Succulent, Just Jade and Magenta Madness. I feel like the greens are the perfect compliment to the intense brightness that is the aptly named Magenta Madness.
This card has a pretty simple layout that would be easy for you to case and make your own! The fun black and white striped pattern comes from the Pattern Party Designer Series Paper and is cut at 3" x 4 3/4". I then mat it on Magenta Madness cut at 3 1/8" x 4 7/8". The palm trees were stamped in Just Jade and cut out with the In The Tropics Dies. In the same die set are those cute flowers that are in Magenta Madness. I used about 4" of the Just Jade & Gold Braided Ribbon and simply frayed the ends a bit with my fingers, so fun!
