2 Beautiful Fun Fold Cards with Stampin’ Up!’s Velvet Meadow DSP: Weekly Class To Go

What if the designer paper did most of the work for you?

That's exactly what we're doing with this week's cards! The 'Velvet Meadow' Specialty Designer Series Paper is so beautiful that it doesn't need much help. By combining it with a couple of fun fold layouts and the 'Words of Beauty' Bundle, these cards come together quickly while still looking extra special.

Card 1:

Don't you just love the colours in this paper? So pretty! These cards are a great way to mix & match all of the patterns. Here I've used 3 different patterns, but you could even step up the card a bit more and add more paper to the inside!

I also love this classic 'Words of Beauty' Bundle. You can stack up different sentiments - perfect for a 'just because' card. Or easily turn it into a thank you or a birthday card.

Card 2:

This card has an extra extension on the side to make it fold out a bit larger than your standard card. You can easily add a photo or a pocket on the inside for a gift card to step this card up even more.

Don't forget to look to other suites and products that coordinate with your favourite paper. For the 'Velvet Meadow' paper, I added in the Berry Burst Shiny Ribbon. And I thought that the flower from the 'Lovely Arrangements' Stamp Set was the perfect match for this pattern of the DSP!
