Make a Beautiful 4 Card Gift Set with Stampin’ Up!’s Violet Dreams Suite: Weekly Class To Go

It’s my birthday week, but I think giving the gifts is even more fun!
For this week’s Class to Go, I’m using Stampin’ Up!’s beautiful Violet Dreams Suite to create something that’s ready to share. I created four coordinating cards and a sweet little card holder that brings the whole collection together as a pretty handmade gift set.
Although Violet Dreams is filled with beautiful florals, these projects aren’t just for violet lovers or gardeners. The soft colours, layered details and lovely sentiments make this set perfect for a friend, teacher or anyone who could use a little happy mail.
Add a ribbon around the holder or tuck the whole set into a gift bag, and you’ll have a thoughtful handmade gift ready to give!

Cards:
When creating a gift set, it's nice to keep the cards a little more simple. Each of the 4 cards have easy to copy layouts that really highlight the Violet Dreams DSP.
To add a little fun to the cards, try working in the 'Shimmering Stripes' Specialty Paper. It's so pretty! Or for add a bit of the lovely Fresh Freesia Satin Ribbon.
All of the sentiments on the cards fit perfectly on the labels from the 'Scalloped Blooms' Dies. It's like they were meant to be together!
Don't forget this paper comes with 2 die cut sheets as well, so you could easily add extra flowers or leaves.
Card Holder:
I love creating little holders for a set of cards! This one folds over with a little pocket. It fits the 4 cards & 4 envelopes perfectly.
This holder was made with the Hydrangea Hue Two-Tone Cardstock, but in my video I used Peaceful Pine. Now I'm not sure which one I like better! You'll have to let me know which one you like.😊
