Hello! Thanks for joining us on the Create with Connie & Mary Saturday Blog Hop! I was really excited about this week's theme as it is aptly named for me . . . Designer Paper Lovers! It's so true, I do love Stampin' Up!'s Designer Series Paper and find it hard to not buy it all. This year's Annual Catalogue has a clear favourite for me though, the Delightfully Eclectic DSP.
I kept seeing different patterns on samples in the catalogue and it took me a bit to figure out which paper set it was from. This DSP is not connected to any particular Suite or product, but is sure to look good for any project. It is one of the large sets where you get 12 double sided designs. So, it was tricky to pick just one pattern that I loved from it. I decided to go with this cute tulip paper with a focus on Night of Navy and Fresh Freesia.
It's a pretty simple card. The first layer of DSP is 4" x 5 1/4". The second is popped up with dimensionals and cut to 3 1/2" x 4 3/4". I chose to pair the paper with the super cute new stamp set called Just My Type, I just love it!
Here are the products featured on my card today if you'd like to try this one out too:
