Today on my livestream, I combined some of my favourite products from the July to December Mini Catalogue to show how one layout can be used for any occasion. I featured the Christmas Banners Bundle which has a perfect combination of banners, sentiments and greenery that are perfect for any handmade Christmas card. Then, I added the Gingham Cottage Designer Series Paper and the Black & White Gingham Ribbon. This patterned paper is perfect for any occasion because it comes in a variety of beautiful colours.
Using the greenery images that were more Christmassy, it was quick and easy to create the look of a wreath behind the sentiment. I love the way the red and green looks with the pop of black. This card would be perfect for your Christmas cards this year as it would be great to make multiples of it.
For my second project, I shared how to use the exact same layout and techniques, but with different colours, to give you a completely new looking card perfect for birthdays or any occasion. I love the way the So Saffron, Mint Macaron and Calypso Coral look together. Hmmm, I might have to make multiples of this one too! The sentiment for this card came from the Happiness Abounds Stamp Set.
