Stampin’ Up! Catalogue Layout Inspiration + Mix Old & New!: Weekly Class To Go

It's Part 2 of my celebration of the brand new May-August 2026 Stampin' Up! Catalogue and today I wanted to share how we can use our catalogue (or the online sample ideas) to kick start our own creativity! I also wanted to mix in a few of my favourite current products with the new.

Stampin' Up! has gifted us with a lot of ideas & inspiration. Whenever a new catalogue arrives, I always spend time flipping through and looking at:

✨ card layouts

✨ colour combinations

✨ layering ideas

✨ embellishment placement

✨ sentiment positioning

✨ technique ideas

In my YouTube video tutorial (replay below), I also shared a few ideas of how we can mix in our old favourites with the new in our crafting and continue to have lots of fun being creative!

Stampin Up Card ideas 2026.

Card 1:

The inspiration for this card started with a layout that I found on Page 47 of the new catalogue. I kept it pretty similar, just changing up the products.

I featured the incredible new 'Moonlit Flora' Suite, including the 'Fern & Flora' Bundle and the Moonlit Flora Designer Series Paper.

For the old, I love how we can learn to use new colours and combine them with some of our favourites. I'm obsessed with the pop of Berry Burst in this paper and how it looks so amazing with the new Golden Glow. Speaking of Golden Glow - I also showed off the new Shimmer Pens! A must-have to add to your wish list!

Card 2:

This second card started with a mash-up of the card samples found on Page 29 of the catalogue, but it ended up being a lesson on how sometimes when you choose a layout it is just the spark for your creativity. The card ended up being so different, but the inspiration helped me get started!

My new products featured are the 'Balloon Festoon' Bundle, which is just so much fun! I used the brand new White Gel Pens to add the little line to the balloons and it made all the difference! I also used the 'Beautiful Ordinary Life' DSP - a definite new favourite!

I love this paper because it focuses on all the classic colours like: Pool Party, Daffodil Delight, Real Red & Flirty Flamingo. And have you crafted with the 'Everyday Arches' Dies yet? They are so popular and I'm finally jumping on the bandwagon!😄
