3 Quick & Easy Cards with Stampin’ Up!’s Mosaic Garden DSP: Weekly Class To Go

Beautiful cards don’t have to be complicated. Today I’m making 3 cards featuring Stampin’ Up!’s Mosaic Garden Designer Series Paper, with simple layers, pretty colour combinations and a few details that make them feel extra special.

With World Card Making Day coming up on October 3, I wanted to share projects that are fun to make and easy to adapt with the supplies you have at home.

I’m pairing this beautiful paper with one of my favourite sentiment stamp sets, Poetic Petals. Having a variety of greetings in one set makes it so easy to change your card for a birthday, a thank-you, a sympathy card or just a little hello.

The largest Scallop Christmas Cheer die adds that cute scalloped border, and gold heat-embossed sentiments give each card a little extra shine. You can read below for all the details and of course, watch the YouTube video with the step-by-step instructions.

Card 1

Each card has its own colour combination and just a slightly different layout. It makes them each look unique without really having to change too much.

• Colour Combo: Crisp Cantaloupe & Pretty Peacock

Card 2

Scallops are really having a moment right now at Stampin' Up! and it was fun to show the 'Scalloped Christmas Cheer' Dies in a non-holiday card. I love the sweet look that it gives, especially paired with this DSP.

• Colour Combo: Pretty Peacock & Hydrangea Hue

Card 3

Adding a bit of shine to your card is a simple way to step it up a bit. On all 3 cards I used gold embossing powder for the sentiments and added my favourite Gold Adhesive-Backed Dots. They are so versatile!
